Karen opened Synergi Salon over 15 years ago with a vision to create more than just a hair salon—she wanted a space built on education, excellence, and empowerment. What started as a passion for healthy hair has grown into a performance-driven, team-based salon that focuses on long-term hair health, professional development, and measurable client results. Synergi was built to elevate both stylists and clients.
